dont even know all i know is the elite banking cartel can minipulate the "paper price "of silver but not the physical.Went to coin shop yesterday silver was 28.86 when i bought some eagles the coin shop increased there preimim on the coin!! from 3-4 bucks up to 8-10 bucks a coin. Soon physical price will break away from the fiat paper price and you will not be able to get the physical with paper when it happens.
